A taste for writing

As far back as I can remember, I have always loved to write, to put into words. I enjoy producing a press release as much as I do a speech or a product brochure. I love helping to translate the ideas, objectives and emotions of all types of client.

As for the book, it brings the additional satisfaction of seeing a beautiful object come into being.

I particularly like following an editorial project from A to Z, coordinating collaboration with graphic designers, proofreaders, translators, printers...

A fascinating dossier combining extensive research work on historical origins and a deep dive into the world of truffles. Searching archives, sorting, questioning, conducting a field survey, understanding, analyzing, verifying, validating...

All in empathy with the client to meet his request for work that is more sensitive than cerebral.

ITALIA, CULLA DEL FOIE GRAS

For Maison ROUGIE, THE big name in foie gras. Highlighting Italy's historical links with foie gras: a surprise, including for the Italians themselves! The country is in fact the birthplace of foie gras in Europe. Researching historical texts, traces, iconography, questions. Then working with Italian chef Paolo Griffa to edit his recipes. Coordinating production with a graphic designer and a printer.

COOKING CONTEST - Winning Tips

Interviews with many chefs, asking them - depending on their experience - to put themselves in the shoes of a candidate, clerk, coach, juror, etc. Summarizing and writing meaningful texts... A gold mine of advice for anyone interested in culinary competition, directly or indirectly.
