Sprinkle in a degree as a tour guide;

Blend in various student jobs in the restaurant and travel business, and a handful of professional experiences in that sector;

Stir in a generous dash of foodie and a keen interest in cooking;

Season with an attraction to the restaurant business and a deep affection for chefs, those stalwart defenders of all things real, tangible and heartwarming in an increasingly bland and sterile virtual world;

Let it simmer for 30 years in an international context…
